Angela leads Parabellum’s risk and investment oversight function, with responsibility for post-investment monitoring, portfolio-level risk visibility, and institutional and investor reporting. She serves as a voting member of the Investment Committee, providing an independent risk and governance perspective. Angela also leads the integration of cognitive and advanced analytic technologies to deliver data-driven insights into litigation outcome analysis and risk calibration.

Angela is recognized as a “Global 100 Leader in Legal Finance” by Lawdragon and a “Thought Leader in Third-Party Funding” by Who’s Who Legal. Prior to Parabellum, she practiced as a senior litigation attorney at Paul Hastings LLP, where she was named one of the Top Women Attorneys in the New York Metro Area and a Rising Star in IP Litigation by Super Lawyers, and was recognized for outstanding service to veterans by the New York City Bar Justice Center. She began her legal career at Robins Kaplan Miller & Ciresi LLP and Darby & Darby P.C., focusing on complex litigation and intellectual property matters.

Angela received her B.S. with Department Honors from MIT, an M.P.H. from Yale University, and a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Association of Yale Alumni in Public Health, and is active on the M.I.T. Educational Council.
