With more than 18 years of experience in litigation support and legal technology, Randi built her career inside the Litigation Support departments of top law firms, working directly with attorneys and clients across every phase of the EDRM. Her hands-on experience designing defensible, repeatable workflows and aligning legal, technical, and operational teams gives her a deep understanding of how law firms and service providers evaluate and implement technology. Known for her expertise in electronic discovery, project management, trial consulting, and technical operations, she now serves as Vice President of Partnerships at Reveal, where she leverages that frontline industry experience to build strategic partner programs, strengthen alliances, and drive scalable, partner-influenced growth across the legal technology ecosystem.
