Heather Harmann is an eDiscovery Specialist at Starbucks Coffee Company. Heather has spent the last 28 years in various positions within the legal world. She has extensive experience within eDiscovery from the vendor and corporate sides. She worked on Departed Employee Protocols while at Consilio for several global clients. Heather was the subject matter expert on analytics within review platforms at PayPal. She is the lead forensic data collection partner at Starbucks.
Heather is an active member of The Electronic Discovery Institute, Starbucks Inclusion and Diversity team, Starbucks Partners for Sustainability, The Climate Reality Leadership, and Arizona Sustainability Alliance. She is currently attending Arizona State University to obtain her Bachelor of Arts from the College of Global Futures in Sustainability with an emphasis on Urban Dynamics. She lives in Phoenix with her husband and children.
