Before joining CrowdStrike, Daniel held senior legal and compliance leadership roles at Abbott and Guidance Software (now OpenText), where he worked at the intersection of law, data, and emerging technology. His career in private practice included Shook, Hardy & Bacon LLP and Jones Day, focusing on complex commercial litigation and government investigations.

Daniel’s experience spans e-discovery, digital evidence, data privacy, cybersecurity, and information governance.
