Andy advises the firm and clients on defensible eDiscovery practices such as preservation, collection, document review, and analysis. He actively manages the design, execution, process improvement, and cost controls of eDiscovery-related workflows.

In his capacity as eDiscovery counsel, Andy serves as the primary liaison between counsel, clients, and technical staff on a wide array of complex litigations, class actions, internal investigations, and regulatory matters.

Andy has over 11 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Munger Tolles, he worked for multiple top-tier law firms, corporations, and eDiscovery service providers.
