Ethan Wong is a Product Counsel at Anthropic where he counsels consumer and enterprise offerings. He has experience counseling a variety of multimodal, agentic, and features specific to a variety of regulated sectors; responding to litigation and regulatory requests; building compliance programs; and coordinating across company stakeholders. He has a deep knowledge of copyright/trademark, privacy, consumer protection, content legal issues, and AI reuglations as well as a grasp of the AI industry and the businesses it serves.  Before Anthropic, he was a Product Counsel at Google and Google DeepMind. He received his J.D. from Yale Law School and clerked on the Tenth Circuit after graduation.
