Brittany joins DISCO as the new Vice President of Customer Success, bringing a rich background of 15 years in customer success and account management. With a decade spent in the legal tech space, with experience in CLM, eDiscovery compliance and matter management, she's well-acquainted with the industry's nuances. Her tenure includes key roles at Docusign and Seal Software, and she's also made an impact as Social Media Director for Skeletons for St. Jude's, the nation's second largest private St. Jude’s fundraiser. Brittany's life outside of work is centered around her family in Virginia, where she enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants and wineries, and running an Etsy shop and her personal brand "That Customer Success Gal" on the side. She's joined by her husband Mike, two boys—Michael Jr. and Christian—and their 10 year old chocolate lab, Hershey.
