Farrah is a Legal Innovation Partner at Harvey, bringing decades of experience across in-house legal leadership and private practice. She built and led innovation teams at Marsh McLennan, driving transformation within a global corporate legal department, and previously spent over a decade at Gibson Dunn as a litigator and practice group leader. Her career reflects deep expertise at the intersection of legal practice, organizational leadership, and innovation.

A sought-after speaker and educator in the legal community, Farrah actively volunteers and leads in key industry organizations who are driving the law forward. This includes her service as a member of the Legalweek Educational Advisory Board, a Founding Member and Architect of Legal Data Intelligence (LDI), a Board Member and Fellow of the College of Law Practice Management and an Advisor for The Legal Technology Fund’s TLTF Summit. She has held various leadership roles at the Corporate Legal Operations Consortium (CLOC), including Vice President and Board Member.

In 2025, Farrah was honored with an inaugural Monica Bay Women of Legal Tech Award in 2025, named in memory of the powerhouse former editor-in-chief of LTN.
