Jessica Smiley is the Program Manager of Training & Development for Bloomberg Law’s Content & Analysis team, where she designs and delivers training programs that empower legal professionals to work smarter and adapt to evolving workflows. Passionate about training and operational efficiency, Jessica creates trainings and tools that help employees integrate AI to transform how content is created, driving innovation, scalability, and quality. She holds a law degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a BBA in Business Management from Howard University. Her career includes roles at Meta and Apple, where she advanced operational excellence and strategic initiatives, as well as experience in privacy, policy, legal startups, and law firms.
