Sri Daita, Director, Legal Operations – Technology at PayPal is currently overseeing department's technology portfolio, spearheading the Legal AI & Automation initiatives to drive excellence and innovation. Sri brings a wealth of expertise, most recently from Cisco, where she spent the past four years as Head of Legal Operations Technology. During her tenure, Sri led transformative initiatives, including the implementation of cutting-edge AI-powered tools that streamlined contract lifecycle management, automated complex workflows, e-billing and matter management, case & workflow management solutions with actionable insights. Her leadership was instrumental in delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, cost savings, and user satisfaction, all while enabling the legal team to focus on strategic priorities.



Sri lives in the Bay Area with her family and loves traveling. Sri is also an Indian classical dancer, runs her own dance school to imbibe passion, precision, and confidence on and off stage.
