Jennifer leads the firm’s national eDiscovery and Knowledge Management Practice Group. She is certified by The Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (CEDS), a member of The Academy of Court-Appointed Neutrals (ACAN), and an author and editor for The Sedona Conference (e.g., "Managing International Legal Holds”). Jennifer was also appointed to the Indiana Innovation Initiative, spearheading discovery practice recommendations to the Indiana Supreme Court. She has managed all aspects of discovery in high profile single plaintiff, multiparty, and MDL contexts, including leading legal hold implementation and ongoing management, developing preservation strategies incorporating IT and HR functions, selecting and managing vendors and partners, identifying and forensically collecting custodial and noncustodial data, training, overseeing, and conducting quality control of large and diverse review teams, aiding in validation and production, and coordinating nonparty discovery. Jennifer was named to the Best Lawyers in America in 2025 and an Indiana Super Lawyers Rising Star 2015-2024, recognized by the Indianapolis Bar Association as the eDiscovery, Information Governance, Cybersecurity Professional of the Year in 2021, and was a recipient of the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) Young Professionals to Watch Award in 2020.
