Judy Lao-Klinker is the Director of Legal Operations at Prologis, where she leads the strategic optimization of workflows, processes, budgets, legal technology, and vendor management for the legal department. Since joining Prologis in 2023, she has been instrumental in driving efficiency and innovation, ensuring the legal team operates at its highest potential. With over 20 years of experience in the legal industry, Judy is deeply committed to transforming legal operations and bringing strategic vision to life. Prior to Prologis, Judy led legal operations at Compass Real Estate (remote) and Blackstone (New York), where she implemented streamlined processes and cutting-edge technology to enhance legal team performance. She began her legal career as a litigation paralegal in college, gaining extensive trial experience before going on to manage the paralegal department at Jenner & Block LLP’s New York office. A Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS), Judy is well-versed in the latest legal technology and innovation, making her a key driver of digital transformation in the legal space. Judy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Outside of work, she enjoys cheering on her favorite teams (49ers, San Jose Sharks, Warriors, and SF Giants), hitting the golf course, and indulging in fun activities with family and friends.
