Maninder Sagoo is a UK-qualified solicitor who currently serves as the Vice President of Commercial Legal at Box. With extensive experience in legal and business operations, Maninder has held various roles in partner contracts, business development, and legal management. In addition to leading a team of attorneys and professionals, Maninder partners closely with the Legal Operations and Product teams to help drive strategy around automation, optimization and technology adoption within the Box Legal team, including through the use of Box. Prior to joining Box, Maninder spent 9 years at the international law firm Osborne Clarke (including secondments at Vodafone Group Services and Citigroup). Maninder holds an LLB in Law with French from Cardiff University and earned his Legal Practice Course post-graduate diploma from The University of Law, Guildford.
