As Director of Segment, Large Markets, Melissa manages the National Practice Area Team and oversees content strategy for Large Law and Law Schools. Melissa plays an active role in education and workflow analysis regarding generative AI and its impact in the legal sector. Prior to this role, Melissa was a Subject Matter Advisor, working with large law firms by providing specialized subject matter presentations, conducting CLE seminars, and advising and assisting practitioners with their research needs. Melissa was also part of the Practical Guidance content team since its inception; working with practitioners in all transactional practice areas to better understand their needs, product use, pain points, and practices; recruiting and working with authors; and performing other content related projects. Melissa received her B.S. from Northwestern University, and her J.D. from Fordham Law School.
