Rico Burnett is a Manager Director and Head of Innovation at Morae Global, based in Cape Town. He started his career in legal practice and developed expertise in Technology, Media and Intellectual Property law at DLA and Linklaters.

Since 2019, Rico has been leading the Morae Innovation Lab, an idea accelerator consisting of Data Scientists, Mathematicians, Software Developers and Automation experts.

Rico is experienced in legal systems implementation, with a focus on Generative AI, Contract Management and Spend Analytics.
