Julie Strachan Haiber is a Senior Vice President of Client Engagement at Harbor, where she holistically oversees the strategic relationships with many of the world's largest global law firms. She leverages her extensive experience in legal technology, digital transformation and innovation strategy to drive impactful partnerships and help advance law firms’ business & practice of law initiatives. Previous to joining Harbor, Ms. Strachan Haiber spent two decades at Thomson Reuters.

A seasoned speaker and panel moderator, Ms. Strachan Haiber frequently addresses topics including innovation, artificial intelligence and ethics, data, and automation. She also contributes to numerous industry groups and is on the planning committees for both ILTA EVOLVE and ILTACON 2025.

Ms. Strachan Haiber is an attorney admitted to practice in New York. She holds a JD from New York Law School and a BA from The George Washington University, with a double major in English and Theatre. Additionally, she holds a certificate in Digital Transformation of Legal Services from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law.

Ms. Strachan Haiber serves as the Secretary of the Board of Directors for the Girl Scouts of Nassau County, New York. She is also a member of CHIEF and a dedicated advocate for women and girl-focused leadership.
