Kenzo Tsushima is a Managing Director in Morae's Mind Factory, specializing in legal solutions engineering. He architects and oversees engagements that focus on the holistic needs of corporate legal departments and law firms. Unifying Morae’s generative AI practice, talented legal professionals, robust process optimization and quality controls, and increasing legal technology adoption to improve the lives of attorneys and paraprofessionals, is where his passion lies. He has advised GCs, CLOs, and other executive legal leadership for over a decade on best practices and how optimal can be achieved.

Kenzo is an attorney with a J.D. from the Emory University School of Law and an active member of the State Bar of Georgia. Originally from New York, he also holds a B.A. from Columbia University. He grew up in the consulting world and his role prior to Morae was serving as a Partner at an Atlanta-based boutique management consultancy. In that role, he helped clients optimize process, design technology roadmaps, and realize over $250 million in economic benefit.

Currently, Kenzo works cross-functionally with Morae's different business units, infusing legal departments and law firms with the subject matter expertise of our Legal Business Consulting, Digital Transformation, Managed Solutions, and Enterprise Legal Management leaders. Additionally, he leads Morae's SEEDS learning and development program for the Houston office and is a big proponent of Servant Leadership.
