Danielle Panetta is Counsel in Goodwin’s Litigation department. Danielle focuses her practice on eDiscovery of complex commercial litigation as well as government and internal investigations. She counsels clients and firm attorneys on strategy, best practices and regulatory compliance as well as using technology to reduce risk and cost in various areas of litigation. Danielle has coordinated all aspects of HSR regulatory matters for Federal Trade Commission and Department of Justice Second Requests and subpoenas from state Attorneys General in the United States. Additionally, she has managed responses to the Competition and Markets Authority in the United Kingdom and European Commission Competition Department.
