Jennifer Mapp serves as the Senior Director of Data Management & Analytics at Morgan Lewis. In this role, she leads a team of business professionals who use their technical skills, analytics experience, business expertise and presentation skills to collect, prepare and present data for decision-making. More specifically, the team focuses on developing advanced analytics to support projects associated with the delivery of legal services and the firm’s core business objectives. They provide thought leadership around the formulation and execution of a comprehensive data program and partner with the firm’s business and technical teams on data delivery approaches for structured and unstructured data that can be utilized to support client engagements and optimizing the firm’s operational initiatives.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Mapp served as the Director of Pricing and Project Management at an Am Law 50 international law firm where she managed a team responsible for the firm’s pricing initiatives, legal project management initiatives and business of law education. Formerly, Jennifer served as the Controller of an environmental consulting company where she became well-versed in the economics of professional services, pricing, budgeting and project management. She earned her B.S. in Mathematics from Clark Atlanta University and her M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from Saint Joseph’s University.
Ms. Mapp has served as a panelist for several programs related to: The Business of Law, Digital Transformation, Legal Project Management, Pricing Governance and Business Relationships with Outside Counsel.
