Donovan is Intel's Head of Global Operations for Corporate Affairs, Policy, Integrity, Trade and Legal responsible for delivering world class operations processes and tools. With 20+ years of operational and technical leadership spanning manufacturing, retail, gaming/hospitality, and technology industries, Donovan has built supplier diversity programs, delivered business strategies, and led operations for large enterprises such as Walmart, Microsoft, and Doosan Bobcat. Donovan also serves on the Corporate Legal Operations Consortium (CLOC) DEIB Council and voluntarily serves as the 12th District Technology Director for Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. His most cherished role remains being a homeschooling father of 10 with his wife Janel.
