Susan is the Head of Information Governance for Withers Worldwide. She transitioned her career path from working with Autistic Adults to Litigation to Information Governance. Although very different fields, they all relate to creating order and structure in an unorganized world. She is an active member of AIIM, ILTA and ARMA International, serving on the AIIM Board of Directors and as a Coordinator for the ARMA Legal Industry Group. Susan has her M.S. in Technology Management from Brandeis University and holds certifications as a CIP, CRM/CIGO and IGP.
