Renada Williams is Senior Vice President of Human Resources and General Counsel for Kenneth Cole Productions, Inc. Renada oversees all legal and human resource functions within the organization in this key executive leadership role. She advises the business on strategic partnership risks and rewards, ensures the company’s legal compliance, and provides strategic legal advice. She also leads the Human Resources department to foster a positive and productive work environment. Renada reports to the company’s President, Jed Berger.
Before joining KCP, Renada served as Associate General Counsel at The Vitamin Shoppe. While there, Renada managed the trademark portfolio, provided strategic advice and counsel to business units, and managed a junior attorney.
In addition to her professional pursuits, Renada serves the legal community by volunteering on the New Jersey Women's Lawyers Association board and serving as Of Counsel for the Mental Health Coalition.
In June 2024, Renada received the Corporate Lawyer of the Year award from the Garden State Bar Association. This recognition is given to a corporate attorney who has demonstrated the ability to create influence and operate with the utmost integrity, both personally and professionally. In recognition of her professional and community involvement, she was honored by the Executive Women of New Jersey as a 2022 Salute to the Policy Makers Honoree.
