Vivienne Xiao manages the Forensics and eDiscovery Services program at Mars. Her team oversees end-to-end eDiscovery project delivery across Mars business segments and global markets. Like most operations teams, the Mars Forensics and eDiscovery Services program focuses on delivery quality and efficiency. With a background in business analytics and digital solutions consulting, Vivienne employs the approach of rigorous workflow standardization, digitization, and automation to drive operation efficiency.

Vivienne holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and has a background in consultative client services in industries including broadcasting production, MarTech, and cybersecurity. She is currently based out of the Mars Chicago Global Innovation Center campus.
