With 20+ years of experience in the industry with a passion for leveraging emerging technologies to streamline legal processes and enhance data management. Susan has become a thought leader in the rapidly evolving landscape of eDiscovery and drives the adaption of new and emerging legal technology within AT&T’s Legal Department. Throughout her career, she has shown exceptional proficiency in managing complex eDiscovery projects, from initial data collection and preservation to advanced data analytics and review. Susan has worked with a diverse range of clients, including top law firms, corporate legal departments, and government agencies, delivering tailored solutions that meet stringent compliance requirements and mitigate risks.
In addition to technical ability, Susan is highly skilled in project management and strategic planning. She has led cross-functional teams to implement innovative eDiscovery solutions, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication among legal professionals, IT specialists, and clients. Susan's ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights has been instrumental in driving successful outcomes for high-stakes litigation and regulatory investigations.
Prior to joining AT&T, Susan worked as a Sr. Director at Consilio providing clients with consultation and workflows for complex litigation and antitrust matters, incorporating analytics tools into all phases of the data discovery process, providing innovative, appropriate, and cost-effective discovery management solutions. She also worked for AmLaw 100 firms as a litigation support specialist. Susan is a Relativity Master and enjoys spending time with her family and her new hobby, pickleball, when not working.
