She helps law firms and legal departments use data to drive talent retention, cost transparency, and effective project management. Catherine is passionate about data-driven DEI and has designed programs, processes and technology that leverage data to promote equitable allocation career-advancing work.

A former litigation partner at Orrick and trial lawyer at Simpson Thacher, Catherine has extensive experience in high-stakes litigation. She is a recognized thought leader and frequent speaker on legal technology, DEI initiatives, cost analytics, and AI in law.

Catherine’s groundbreaking work has earned her numerous accolades, including the 2024 Legal Week Leaders in Tech Award for Championing Diversity in Technology and the 2022 CLOC Legal Innovation in Operations Award.
