Salomon Louis is a seasoned eDiscovery professional and the lead for the eDiscovery program in the Privacy, Data, and AI Governance organization at MassMutual. In his role, Salomon strategizes, develops, and operationalizes eDiscovery technologies and processes, ensuring the company meets its legal obligations for ESI preservation and supporting the business objectives of the program’s stakeholders. With a strong history of leadership, Salomon excels in bridging the gap between IT and Legal, identifying potential risks, and driving process improvement opportunities.

Salomon is a certified eDiscovery professional through the Association of Certified eDiscovery Specialists (ACEDS). He has taught this subject at Western New England University School of Law, where he developed a comprehensive curriculum that has been highly praised by both students and faculty.
