Sara Miro is a strategic leader driving innovation in legal technology, AI, and knowledge management. As the Director of Knowledge and Innovation at Sullivan & Cromwell, Sara has spearheaded firm-wide digital transformation initiatives—ranging from automated workflow tools to AI-powered document review— with the goal of enhancing attorney efficiency and staying on the cutting-edge of technology. Sara is passionate about shaping the future of legal practice by taking a “people--process—technology” approach to innovation. She’s the co-chair of the NYC KM&I Attorney Network, a co-found of the BOLD Women of Legal Tech community, and a volunteer for the International Legal Technology Association.
