Dr. Hemma Lomax is currently CEO of COMPAAS 360, an advisory firm for corporate executives to operationalize best practices for their ethics and compliance functions. She is formerly Global Head of Integrity, Governance, Risk & Compliance for Zendesk, and she has held senior counsel positions in Corporate Ethics, Integrity, and Compliance at Snap and The Walt Disney Company. Prior to working on ethics and compliance in the corporate sector, Hemma was Senior Counsel for Enforcement at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in the US, as well as a barrister and a law professor at various firms and law schools in the UK. Hemma has an LLB and Ph.D from the University of Exeter and an LLM from Georgetown Law.
