Rudy Moliere is an accomplished Information Governance Professional with over 2 decades of experience navigating the complex landscape of data management and compliance. With a passion for maintaining the integrity, security, and accessibility of organizational information, Rudy has become a trusted thought leader in the realm of information governance.
With more than 25 years of experience, he is recognized within the law firm arena for his role in assisting firms develop leading practices and policies on information governance and records management.
Rudy served in a variety of IG/RIM roles, including the Director of Information Governance at Morgan Lewis, the Director of Information Governance & Records Management at White & Case, LLP, and the Records Manager at Paul Weiss, where he helped develop and oversee the firm's records retention policy and records management guidelines. He is currently the Director of Information Governance at Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft.
Rudy is a founding Steering Committee member of the Law Firm Information Governance Symposium, which was established as a think tank to provide the legal industry with a leadership forum, proposed roadmap/strategy, and best practices for addressing the impact of technology trends on how law firms manage information. He also serves on the Advisory Board of Blacks United in Legal & Technology (BUiLT) where he is also leads the Membership and Communication Committee.
