With over a decade of experience in electronic discovery, Angela brings a wealth of expertise to handling a wide range of discovery related issues in complex litigations as well as federal, state, foreign, and internal investigations.
Angela regularly advises on discovery issues in White Collar defense and investigation matters as well as matters related to Antitrust Law, CFIUS, FDA approvals, Insurance and Commercial litigation, and Product Liability. Her clients have included leading technology, life sciences, pharmaceutical, and consumer goods companies, as well as numerous other publicly traded companies.
Angela routinely advises the firms’ clients on critical and nuanced aspects of eDiscovery, including data preservation, data collection, data processing, document review, complex privilege issues, spoliation, privilege logs, and the strategic use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and technology in litigation strategy. She has a deep knowledge and understanding of technology and optimal uses for AI, including Technology Assisted Review (TAR) in complex matters. She is also an expert on privilege, privilege logs, and privilege law, which allows her to provide innovative and cost effective solutions to clients.
Angela has overseen numerous large scale data collection and review projects and has successfully coordinated and managed large teams of attorneys, contract reviewers, technology/legal professional staff, and third-party vendors.
