Jennifer M. Driscoll focuses her practice on data privacy and cybersecurity, antitrust, and government investigations. She is Co-chair of Robinson & Cole’s Antitrust and Trade Regulation team. Jen defends corporations and individuals against alleged antitrust and anti-corruption claims, both civil and criminal. Her recent cases, which include cybersecurity investigations, cartel matters, safety audits and agency inquiries, reflect her skills with government investigations and compliance issues. She has counseled international clients about data privacy and antitrust laws. Jen has been a member of panels discussing antitrust issues, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, cybersecurity and data privacy to JETRO in New York and Tokyo, the Japan Fair Trade Commission, the Osaka Bar Association, and similar agencies and associations. Jen has also written articles and papers on these topics and been quoted by the Wall Street Journal and Shukan Asahi.

Jen is a Certified Information Privacy Professional in the U.S. and EU. She is also active in the American Bar Association’s Section of Antitrust Law, where she serves as a Vice Chair of the Section’s Privacy and Information Security Committee and Co-Chair to the Section’s U.S. Comments and Policy Committee.
