Martin Tully is partner with the Chicago office of Redgrave LLP. He is a veteran trial lawyer with over 30 years of national experience representing companies and individuals in complex commercial litigation concerning a broad array of fields and industries. Martin's extensive focus and knowledge concerning eDiscovery, information governance, and data privacy and cybersecurity have established him as a force in the information law space. He is skilled at navigating the space between the law and technology and leverages this knowledge to counsel clients on best practices for efficient and effective legal, technology, and business solutions. At Redgrave, Martin advises clients on a wide range of eDiscovery and information governance matters and overall discovery strategy in litigation. Martin also counsels clients on data privacy and cybersecurity issues ranging from the requirements of data privacy and security laws to data breach incident response, remediation, and litigation.
