Ashley Gibbs is a trusted advisor and change management leader, currently serving as the Director, Product Value Engineers at Litera. Her diverse work experience spans over two decades and plays an integral role in her uncanny ability to identify opportunities and bridge the gap between various organizational functions through the shared use of technology and collaboration.

Ashley has worked at The Hanover Insurance Group as a Senior Implementation Manager, and at Foundation Software Group (now Litera) as a Customer Success Manager. She also served in various marketing focused positions at Dechert LLP.

Ashley earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. In addition, she has obtained certifications as a Certified Practitioner of Human-Centered Design from the LUMA Institute and as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in 2020. Ashley was awarded ILTA Technology Advocacy Professional of the Year in 2016.
