Travis Armstrong, CPA, CLM is the Chief Operating Officer for English, Lucas, Priest & Owsley, LLP in Bowling Green, KY. He is responsible for financial, operations and facilities management for the 33-attorney firm and serves as a member of the Practice Management Committee.

Armstrong earned a BS in Accounting from Western Kentucky University and holds professional licenses as a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Legal Manager. He spent 6 years in public accounting before taking a position as Chief Financial Officer/VP of Operations for a workers’ compensation claims administrator, a position he held for 6 years. Armstrong then moved into the legal management profession and has held his current position for nearly 20 years.

Armstrong is a member of the Middle Tennessee Chapter Association of Legal Administrators, having previously served as President of the chapter. He currently serves on the International Board of Directors as President-Elect of the Association. Armstrong is active in his local community and currently serves on the Executive Committee for the Hilltopper Athletics Foundation, the fundraising arm of Western Kentucky University athletics.
