With over two decades of leadership experience in legal technology and business operations, Martin brings a wealth of knowledge from his time at prominent organizations. Before joining Gravis, he served as COO and Head of Product at One Legal, where he guided the company’s transformation into a SaaS-based model, achieving significant growth and operational success. Martin also held senior executive roles at FiscalNote, LexisNexis, and Starlight Software Solutions, where he drove product innovation, managed global operations, and led strategic acquisitions. Notably, during his tenure at LexisNexis, Martin oversaw global product re-engineering of its flagship offering, implemented Agile methodologies, and played a key role in launching cloud-based platforms and analytics tools that modernized legal research tools.



Known for his expertise in strategic planning, product lifecycle management, and metrics-based decision-making, Martin has consistently delivered substantial financial and operational improvements throughout his career.
