Martin Telfer is a Senior Vice President at Fulcrum and a member of the Fulcrum Executive Team, where his key roles are Business Development in EMEA, Customer Advocacy, Go To Market Strategy and internal IT.
Martin joined Fulcrum in 2016 after almost 30 years in law firm IT leadership roles across Europe, Asia, and the US, culminating in leading the seminal Fulcrum project at Baker Mckenzie which set the foundation for Fulcrum’s entry into the professional services market.
Martin contributes to business development via his extensive network of law firm contacts across the globe, to commercial and contract negotiations, to governance aspects of delivery, to customer relationships and advocacy, to go-to-market strategy, and to internal IT strategy, policy, and compliance.
Martin holds a BSc in Engineering from Loughborough University, is a prior Honorary Technical Fellow at Strathclyde University's Centre for Law & Technology, a past Vice President of the UK Society for Computers & Law, and MACS and AMIEE accredited.
