Melissa Prince is Ice Miller’s Chief of Legal Operations. She has more than 20 years of experience as a practicing lawyer and managing large law firm business operations. In recent years Melissa has been using generative AI and machine learning applications to improve law firm processes and improve practice efficiency and client service. The teams she’s led have been the recipients of several industry awards, including the Financial Times Rethinking the Workplace award, the American Lawyer Best Business Team, and the National Law Journal Legal Technology Trailblazer award. Melissa has B.A. from the University of Washington, a J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law, and recently completed the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School’s General Management Program.
