For the last four years Ilan has led the development of Aiscension. Aiscension is a neural-net AI, built to detect bribery and cartel behaviours, offering organisations additional compliance security.



Ilan also has over 20 years’ experience advising clients in antitrust law, such as cartels, anti-competitive agreements, merger control and State aid as well as EU law, trade and free movement. He has published articles and chapters on Artificial Intelligence, Competition law and State Aid law, including for Butterworths and Oxford University Press.
