Kristin Sunderman is the eDiscovery & ESI Mgmt Director at Freddie Mac where she manages all aspects of the EDRM from identification through production, for the entire company. Prior to joining Freddie Mac, Ms. Sunderman spent the last 20+ years in the industry working not only for law firms and corporations but also as an eDiscovery vendor.  It is in the vendor world that Ms. Sunderman spent the bulk of her career.  She started off in project management but quickly worked up to managing all of Operations.  It is there that she focused on creating efficiencies, implementing automation and providing a development path for new eDiscovery specialists.  Ms. Sunderman continues to focus on process improvements and development in her current role and prides herself on being heavily involved in mentorship and inclusion programs.
