Ellen Hudock currently serves as Vice President and Head of Global Operations for Legal and Compliance reporting to the Senior Vice President and General Counsel of GSK and member of the Legal and Compliance Leadership Team with a team of approximately 70 employees responsible for driving Legal and Compliance Service Delivery and digital transformation by designing and delivering simplified processes, optimized service delivery through technology including AI and providing global
strategic guidance enabling Legal and Compliance to work more effectively and efficiently and focus on the highest value work for GSK.

Ellen also serves as Chief of Staff for the SVP and General Counsel supporting on strategic planning and organizational design, transformational change management, budget management, analytics and objective setting, external benchmarking, culture and capability, and management of all aspects of the Legal and Compliance Leadership Team meetings.

Prior to this, Ellen served as Head of Operations for Global Pharmaceuticals Legal and was a member of the Global Pharma Core Legal Leadership Team. From 2012-2017, Ellen served as lead Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption investigations lawyer charged to direct and oversee internal ABAC-related investigations and other privileged investigations worldwide and spearheaded development of the Company’s internal investigation platform. From 2005-2012, Ellen was Assistant General Counsel in the Dispute Resolution & Prevention Group managing government investigations, product liability matters and commercial litigation.

Ellen joined GSK in 2005 as Senior Counsel from the Buchanan Ingersoll law firm. At Buchanan, Ellen was an associate in the firm's commercial litigation group. In 1998-99, she was a law clerk to the Honorable Ronald L. Buckwalter in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Ellen received her J.D. degree from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University in 1998 and graduated magna cum laude from Denison University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature in 1995.
