Serena Wellen is Senior Director of Product Management for LexisNexis. Her portfolio includes extractive and generative AI-based solutions (including Lexis+ and Lexis+ AI), tools for drafting and work management that leverage the Microsoft 365 platform (including Copilot), enterprise tools for contract lifecycle as well as legal work and spend management, as well as data enrichment and semantic search capabilities for both Lexis’ and customer content. She leads product management teams that are focused on applying AI, machine learning, and other advanced technologies to solve complex customer problems. She also leads subject matter expert teams whose focus is to provide training data and evaluation for Lexis’ AI models.
