Jake Ancona is Corporate Counsel, eDiscovery and Legal Hold Counsel, Deputy Director of Information Governance, and the Litigation Support Manager for Fidelity National Financial and its affiliated entities. An experienced litigator, Jake manages and advises counsel in response to Company litigation, class actions, claims, government investigations, regulatory enforcement actions, and internal investigations. Jake serves as faculty and a perennial speaker at the eDiscovery Institute and the Government Investigation and Civil Litigation Institute. In his spare time, Jake continues to litigate and serve the community taking on a wide variety of cases.
