Seth is Counsel, Global Privacy at the Interpublic Group (IPG), one of the world’s leading organizations of advertising agencies and marketing services companies. Prior to joining IPG, he was a member of the Global Privacy Office at JP Morgan Chase, where he focused on privacy governance, emerging risk, and policy. Seth is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPT, CIPM). Seth holds a bachelor’s degree from Binghamton University and Juris Doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
