Marat Borodovskiy is the technology Product Owner for Law, Records and Procurement at Prudential Financial.  He has been with the organization since 2011, leading teams responsible for the implementation & integration of new systems and support of existing systems. Marat’s areas of responsibility and expertise include: Electronic Billing, Matter Management, Document Management, Records Management, Knowledge Management, Contract Management, Vendor Governance, and Data Analytics.  Prior to joining Prudential, Marat held technology and operations roles at several Fortune 500 companies including Biogen Idec, WellPoint, and State Street. 
 
Marat holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Relations from Boston University, along with Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration in Finance Degrees from Suffolk University.  
 
Marat has been a member of New York and Massachusetts bars since 2010.
