Jamal Brown is the Head of Legal Operations and Knowledge Management at JPMorgan Chase (JPMC), where he oversees the following legal global teams: Business Resiliency, Technology Support, Records Management, Subscriptions, Executive Reporting, and Knowledge Management Program. In his current role, he drives to deliver operational excellence, through technology uplifts of processes, exemplary leadership, and innovative strategic oversight. In his role prior to JPMC, he led global eDiscovery and Information Governance for Paramount Global Inc., and prior to that, he was employed as an electrical engineer at Visteon Corporation. He holds a Masters Business Administration from Leonard Stern School of Business at New York University, and Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University. He is a specialist in Legal Technology and Operational Excellence. Jamal currently resides in Brooklyn New York city. And, enjoys Broadway theatre, kayaking in Poconos PA, international travel -his personal favorites are: Paris, Costa Rica, and Tokyo. He is a native of Detroit Michigan, so he enjoys trips home to visit family.
