Dondi is the Assistant General Counsel for Cybersecurity at GSK, where he advises senior leaders, network defenders, and security stakeholders to assist in the implementation, management, and continuous improvement of GSK’s information security programs. Prior to GSK, he served as Global Security Counsel at TikTok and as a Cybersecurity Attorney at Microsoft. His background includes a role as a Senior Cyber Threat Intelligence analyst at PricewaterhouseCoopers and significant government experience, including service as a Cryptology Officer in the U.S. Navy and as a defense contractor advising organizations in the U.S. Department of Defense and intelligence community. Dondi holds a B.S. in Mathematics, a M.Sc. in Applied Information Technology with a focus on Network Security, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law, where he was an editor for the Maryland Law Review. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
