Litigation in the deepfake space has been limited leaving lawyers and judges involved in these cases breaking new ground. This session will: • Explore the common examples of deepfakes and any advancements made in this space • Assess the biggest challenges facing the authentication of ESI data • Consider how practitioners and courts are approaching the issue of deepfakes and if there can be a standardized attitude towards assessing deepfakes
