The General Counsel’s role continues to extend far beyond leading the legal function. Today’s GC is an enterprise executive— shaping strategy, advising the C-suite and board, guiding the business through risk and disruption, making high-stakes resource decisions, and determining how people, technology, outside counsel and data come together to support the company’s priorities. This year's program is designed around that expanded mandate. 

Through TED-style talks, executive case studies, rapid-fire insights, and peer discussion; GCs and senior legal leaders will tackle the strategic choices that define modern legal leadership: where Legal should focus its time and resources, how AI and technology change the department’s operating model, how to make better decisions with imperfect information, and how to lead a legal function that can keep pace with the enterprise.
