Making the "New Law" business case for law firms

"New Law" has been loosely defined as a model or process that disrupts the traditional notion and delivery of legal services by innovatively combining people, process and technology to drive automation, speed, and efficiency.

Prior to the explosion of alternative legal service providers (ALSPs), law firms and their clients had grown accustomed to the conventional, artisinal approach of lawyering, where innovation and efficiency were often foreign concepts.

Whereas ALSPs have since fulfilled that void with innovative solutions, law firms have taken notice.

In this session, our panel experts will discuss ways in which law firms can begin leveraging "New Law" tools and approaches to recapture lost marketshare.
