Cancellation Policy
Substitutions can be made at any time. Cancellations are accepted and registration fee refunded (less a 25% cancellation fee) if notice is received in writing by February 22, 2025. Requested and approved refunds will be provided 30 days post-event. If cancellation is received after February 22, 2025, 100% of the fee will be forfeited.
